Rui, Yuting, and Xuan attended the 2024 Annual Conference of Mathematics Education organized by the Chinese Society of Mathematics. They presented a talk series on programming-enhanced mathematics teaching and learning, collaborating with a frontline teacher, Mr Qin Zhe, and the research group from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Huiyan, Zhihao, Oi Lam). They discussed the application of programming in the teaching and learning of four mathematical topics: linear function (by Yuting), quadratic growth (by Xuan), quadratic function (by Mr Qin), and probability (by Huiyan).

学习中的重要作用以来,计算思维于数学教育的价值自不待言。在快速发展的人工智能时代
背景下,计算思维已成为学生必备的核心技能之一。教育研究者和实践者们日益关注并积极
推动将计算思维融入数学课堂,以助益学生对数学概念的理解。然而,计算思维在数学教学
实践中的应用往往囿于理论的应然层面,缺乏实然层面具体可行的实施模型和实践案例,致
使计算思维在数学教育中的应用和推广深陷桎梏。为应对这一挑战,本专题将围绕 Scratch
图形化编程在数学教学中的应用,展示四个数学教学的实践案例,探讨编程与数学教与学的
有效融合。在每个案例中,我们将综合分析其实施过程与实证研究结果,探明教学实践中面
临的挑战与思考,意在弥合“应然”与“实然”层面的罅隙,为教育工作者提供学理依据与
实践支撑,并探讨未来研究的价值旨归。
